Plastic waste pollution is a significant problem in Burkina Faso due to the limited facilities for waste disposal. In keeping with Tigoung Nonma’s concern for the preservation of our local and natural environment, our artisans have created a unique and varied collection of hand-made crochet products, made exclusively from recycled plastic bags. The careful consideration of materials, colour and design, and weaving expertise that is invested into each piece ensures the quality and uniqueness of this collection.
