Hello, and welcome to Tigoung Nonma's website. We hope that you will appreciate the crafts and products created by our members.

We seek to provide sustainable incomes for physically disadvantaged artisans by participating in the international fair trade movement. The existing stigma attached to disability here in Burkina Faso makes it difficult for people with disabilities to find work. It is through the production and sale of fair trade goods that we can empower our members to become autonomous individuals, therefore enabling their participation in the socio-economic development of their country.

Our artisans use natural materials along with a wide variety of recycled products. We work to limit the damage to our environment and thus contribute to the fight against climate change.

We promote our work through media such as this website, in an attempt to remove the prejudices held towards people living with a disability.
